Core & Stretch or Flow Pilates is a mix between Yoga and Pilates in which every exercise can be modified to make these practices suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It’s a great mind-body workout that develops a strong core, long and lean muscle gain and improves posture. It also helps to increase health and wellbeing which makes it a great and fun option for everyone who wants to adopt a healthy lifestyle. At the end of this class you will feel stronger, more flexible and connected with yourself!

PILATES TRAINER:
Carolina Moya has a five-year bachelor degree in Physiotherapist and a full matwork training. She taught clinical Pilates, mat and reformer sessions in Chile for many years and lately around Melbourne too. She is a dedicated instructor who pays attention to every detail to ensure everyone gets the maximum benefits out of each session.
